CRAWFORD MANSION COMMUNITY CENTER

The newly renovated Crawford Mansion Community Center is a historic multi-use venue available for rent by residents of the Town of Rye and the surrounding communities *

The Crawford Mansion’s main area is the Great Hall offering the entire first floor of the Mansion. It also includes the use of the surrounding patios, terraces, solarium, and large lawn areas. The total indoor space is approximately 2400 square feet. Guest capacity varies depending on the set-up and flow of your event. A member of the Crawford Event Staff will be happy to discuss the variety of options and floor plans we can create for your special event.

Rental fees are based on an hourly rate. Click on the link below for all Mansion Rental Fees.

What We Include

MANSION RENTAL Includes:

Standard 60” Round Tables & White Folding Chairs (upgraded chairs and tables available)
Crawford Staff to set up/take down tables & chairs, assist the renter as needed, maintain a clean event space, check and sanitize restrooms throughout the event, and remove all trash.
One complimentary hour for set-up prior to the event. Additional non-event hours available for a minimal fee.
Use of the Staging Kitchen (countertops, fridge, freezer, ice machine).
Use of the kitchen appliances may only be used by a licensed caterer (proof and insurance required).
Complimentary Wi-Fi
